Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Steps and related Service, which are owned and operated by Steps (“we” or “us”). Please read these Terms carefully before you access our Service, as these Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Steps.

Service refers to the habit tracking service provided by Steps to its users. Users can create custom habits or select from habit templates.

The user agrees to respect all applicable federal, state and local laws in connection with the use of Steps services. The user is fully responsible and accountable for all actions performed within our App, and will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

The Service will attempt to be available at all times except for limited periods including maintenance and repair or a variety of factors beyond control.

The Steps app includes a subscription plan for the Premium version for a 12-month subscription period (consecutive yearly subscription). Payment will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. The account will be charged for the renewal of the subscription at the price of the selected plan no later than 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your iTunes/App Store Account Settings after you make a purchase.

Steps holds the right to making changes to the Terms of Services provided, herein, without any notice provided.
